He is a seasoned corporate trainer with over 22 years of experience, a Human resources consultant, life coach, career transformation coach, behavioral and psychometric assessments expert, MC, and a farmer. He attempts to get his swing right at the golf course in his free time.

Njoroge has in the past held various management and regional leadership positions in different corporates, the last of which was as a Human Resources Director in a multinational company.
