This week we highlight Atinuke Oyinloye, from Oyo State, South West Nigeria. Atinuke is the Founder and CEO of Aurora Bloom which began in 2017 as a supplier and distributor of groceries. After receiving several requests from her clients seeking quality catering services, Atinuke decided to take up professional training in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management. “After working in the bank for over 8 years and experiencing the effects of a busy schedule on one’s diet, I decided to educate people on healthy eating.” Says Atinuke.
In 2021, Aurora Bloom rebranded and now operates as a Wellness and Lifestyle Consulting Centre, whose primary focus is to educate people on therapeutic foods and dietetic cooking methods that ensure high nutritional values essential for preventing sickness and disease, managing health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, convalescence, complications during pregnancy, excess weight loss/gain, and so on. Moreover, the company conducts training on healthy methods of cooking, designing meal plans, creating dietetic recipes, nutritional guides, consulting, general support, and motivation.
Atinuke believes that with high-nutrient diets and a healthy lifestyle, people can enjoy healthier and more productive lives. Aurora Bloom has trained over 1000 women on healthy eating. They’ve been able to help the women create meals that have health benefits, first and foremost for themselves and ultimately their entire households.
Atinuke is currently working on a campaign project by Lend An Arm as the Team Lead. Working from home works well for her since most of her customers order online and she easily delivers within the agreed time. Soon, she desires to have a space where she can set up a dietetic kitchen and ultimately a healthy cooking culinary school.
